As a professional certified Psychometric Analyst, he is able to offer an approach with holistic understanding of one’s personality and gifting and to chart a unique and tailored personal or organizational growth and development plan. 

Owen is also on the external teaching faculty of three Universities in Europe and specializes in teaching Global Leadership & Business Operation modules at the MBA level. He also holds a 6 SIGMA black belt certification – expert level.
