Remuneration policy in listed companies

The legislative requirements that demand the elaboration of the remuneration policy (respectively Law 158/2020) bring higher standards of transparency, clarity and detailing of the remuneration policy. This is an element of novelty that requires special attention given the importance of the subject.

What elements should be considered when drafting the remuneration policy, what is the role of the remuneration committee, how should the views of shareholders be capitalized, how the 2021 remuneration return will be approved are just some of the questions that will be answered during the presentation.
