Reflecting on a Year of Excellence and Charting Our Course for 2024
As we bid farewell to 2023, it is an opportune moment to reflect on the remarkable journey we've undertaken together, as Envisia Community. This year has been nothing short of extraordinary – a witness of our commitment to excellence, board leadership, and the unwavering support from our friends, who believe in the transformative journey of education and lifelong learning. We continued to make progress on our longer-term strategic priorities and marked the year with solid transformation on all levels of the organisation.
As we look back on this year, allow us to mention the achievements we are most proud of.
A Year of Transformation and Growth
In 2023, Envisia achieved significant milestones that underline our dedication to shaping the future of corporate governance and board leadership. We consolidated our core and extended team, welcomed increasing cohorts of senior professionals to our Programmes, and proudly celebrated the graduation of the world's first 10 Masters of Arts in Board Practice and Directorship, a Programme we developed in partnership with Henley Business School.
Our commitment to providing state-of-the-art learning opportunities was further solidified through prestigious international certifications – in partnership with IASE – International Association for Sustainable Economy and CIIA - Certified International Investment Analyst, and through national educational partnerships.
Events that inspire and connect
Two standout events defined the year, imprinting our belief in the power of lifelong learning, partnerships and the importance of communities in fostering growth. Future of Governance International Conference, organised in May and in collaboration with ACCA Global, brought together top national and international practitioners and policymakers to discuss insights, research findings, and future evolutions in governance.
The first edition of Future of Boards Gala - 2023, an exclusive celebration of excellence, united over 200 influential business professionals and thought leaders, shaping the future of boards and recognizing impactful contributions. The Gala hosted the testimonials of the 10 World’s First Graduates of the Henley Business School Master of Arts in Board Practice and Directorship, and recognized high calibre professionals and Boards of Directors impacting organizations and communities.
Programs that Define Excellence
Our commitment to lifelong learning and certification for board members was evident in the continued and consolidated portfolio of programs. From Board Practice and Directorship to the Effective Board Directors Programme and ESG International Certifications provided by IASE, we embraced the opportunity and adherence of the business community to elevate their education. Envisia has become synonymous with excellence, offering a platform for senior professionals, board members, and directors to enhance their expertise.
