Mădălin is an experienced manager in insurance industry and has over 21 years of experience in the field. In the present he is Managing Board Member in Omniasig Vienna Insurance Group, he is acting as president of Motor Insurance Bureau (BAAR) and also responsible of motor section in UNSAR.

In the same time Mădălin is involved in educations program as since 2012 he is member of the accreditation team of EFICERT ( European Financial Certification Organization) and also lector in Bucharest University of Economic Studies on the Actuarial Master program.

He is passionate about cognitive and behavioral science as he holds a Master in this field and as well he holds a PhD in Finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
