Dineshi leads Board Intelligence’s advisory team and Academy, where she focuses on bespoke solutions to boardroom issues. Dineshi is Chair of Thrift+, a circular fashion retailer.

Prior to Board Intelligence, Dineshi was a strategy consultant for 20 years at Credo (acquired by Teneo) and Coba (acquired by PWC). She holds an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, London.

She was born in Sri-Lanka and now resides in London with her husband and son.
